Evaporative water cooling tower (Close circuit cooling tower)

Evaporative water cooling tower is the closed circuit cooling tower system equipped with induced (or forced)
darft fans that its air flows countering (or crossing) to the cooling water stream. Its structure is made of stainless
steel 304 or steel 316.

Its evaporative coils are made of copper tubes, stainless steel tubes (304 or 316), or titanium tubes in order
to enhance their durability and optimize their heat transfer. The advantage of this closed circuit cooling tower is to
keep the process liquid clean and contaminant free although it is surrounded by the severe environment (a lot of
dust), such as cement plants, steel plants, and etc.

There are two separate fluid circuits in the evaporative cooling tower as follows

a) An external circuit, in which spray water circulates over the coils and mixes with the outside air.

b) An internal circuit, in which process liquid to be cooled circuit inside the coil.

So, during its operation, heat is transferred from the warm process liquid in the coil to the spray water, and
then to the atmosphere as portion of the water evaporates. Besides, an internal circuit can be divided into many
sub circuits to enhance its operation ability.

For more than 30 years, our evaporative cooling tower has continued a reputation of high reliability, high
efficiency, low sound, and low water consumption even when in high temperature.

This kind of evaporative cooling tower as mention above is designed for medium up to high scale of
industrial process load ranging from 30 to 800 tons. Special size, capacity, function, warranty, frame and cover
of the evaporative cooling tower can be customized to the requirements of customers.
